Description

When user clicks on Download button, file name has wrong date and missing tab name Eg: BHAVIK-CA_Clinical_Data_20231030

Acceptance Criteria

Filename should have correct date and Tab name when clicked on individual tabs (donor, specimen, treatment, etc) Eg: BHAVIK-CA_Clinical_Data_tableName_20231130

Note: open to feedback about filename
