Describe the bug

Table is not updating, even after sync

Steps To Reproduce

Expected behaviour

The dashboard table should update to reflect any changes made.

After successful new sample registration, the dashboard should update the new sample information. However, even after refreshing the page and sync the program from DCC dashboard, no "Registered Donors" update, no "Donor Data Summary" update.
