Still in progress, high-level interaction diagram has been setup, next priority is to run some workflows first (e.g . create alignment QC workflow), collect data first, then decide next step

  1. Platform - program QC dashboard: new feature, needs specs and plan
  2. RDPC - pipeline auto running decider: new feature, needs specs and plan

Need wider discussion with Melanie and Dev team on general approach/strategy for managing and integrating QC workflows from RDPC into platform, tracking and storing their metrics, etc.

Keep it on hold until RDPC QA and Prod environments are cleaned up!
