TMAP8 README needs to be updated #206

Bug Description

The current README only refers to 0-1D simulation capabilities in TMAP8. When this was written, that was technically true (as far as verified capability). Obviously, we can go farther than that, and this language should be updated.

Steps to Reproduce

Read the current README in the TMAP8 repository.

Impact

Annoyance, and mis-representation of TMAP8 capabilities.
