Fix the techdoc section #2

Describe the bug

Currently, when searching or looking for tech doc we often get and error, either content not found or indexing issues

Expected Behavior

We should have an error, this is a core part of backstage.io and useful for demo.

What are the steps to reproduce this bug?

  1. Go to a new created compopent
  2. Select TechDoc.

We need to install ODF, but pretty sure that the noobaa that is there should work.
