Charter metadata pages history graphic isn't doing what's expected #8095

at https://datatracker.ietf.org/doc/charter-ietf-stir/ Image The text in the last box (maybe boxes) is incorrect. It should just have revision strings.

Charters are odd, given version progression sequences like 00-00, 00-01, 00-02, 01, 01-00, 02, 03, etc. The nn-yy not-yet-approved charter draft revision numbers may be confusing the widget.
