Added my revision-18, deleteed the file of revision-14 #21

In order to better update in the future, hope to use the draft-ietf-idr-5g-edge-service-metadata as the repo name and file name without revision info such as 14/18. In this way, we can update the draft in one file.

closed since the text has been merged. But please rename the file to remove the revision info, so that people can create a branch based on a file, it will be easy to track the diff.
