1. What's the point of the 'One way backup' settings? I thought the default backup itself is one way, so what's the difference?

2. Can the plugin handle interval backups setup for once a day (1,440 minutes) or once a week (10,080 minutes) ? Does it reference the time of the last backup

One way backup is coded by another developer, I'm going o remove this feature at the next version because it tends to mislead users.

What about (2)?

I currently have it setup to 1,440 minutes, but it doesn't seem to work.

Personally, I'd just use the backup on startup but I'm waiting on #38; Even an option to delay the backup for a few minutes after start would be great
