Command to list cameras on a network. #4

I propose an executable command that searches the network for the presence of IFM cameras and lists the results on the screen. We already have the code available for this and it is available upon request.

Hi @bprevost -- good news. We'll be open-sourcing the ifm implementation of camera discovery as part of the core ifm3d library in the coming weeks. As such, I'm closing this issue as a duplicate of https://github.com/ifm/ifm3d/issues/194
