Team's Response

Our team decided not to allow adding of tasks to past semesters as they have already been completed hence there shouldn't be a need to. It does not make sense to add task to future semesters as you wouldn't know them yet. Hence to minimise errors for the users when adding task to a correct semester, we wanted to limit it to the current semester. If there are any cases whereby the user wants to add a task to past/present semesters for whatever reason, changing the current semester will still allow the user to do that.
