INIT: Polaris-Compatible App

Context:

Polaris, developed by Osmosis, is a cross-chain token portal designed to simplify DeFi trading by allowing users to trade assets across multiple chains through a single interface. Polaris primarily facilitates cross-chain liquidity and asset management. The proposed Ignite App would simplify and support onboarding, automate essential procedures such as chain configuration, IBC activation, and ensure compatibility with Polaris’ cross-chain functionality.

Acceptance Criteria:

• [ ] Offers simple CLI command(s) for configuring, deploying, and validating chains for Polaris.
• [ ] Automates IBC setup to ensure chains can communicate using Polaris.
• [ ] Allows validators to activate IBC relayers and set connection parameters for cross-chain transfers.
• [ ] Provides templates or commands for cross-chain token management compatible with Cosmos (to start), Ethereum, and Solana (as supported in Polaris).
• [ ] Configures governance modules to manage IBC upgrades and cross-chain operations.
• [ ] Generates governance templates for cross-chain interoperability with Polaris.
• [ ] Includes support to facilitate token-specific actions (listing, token pools, etc.)
• [ ] Integrates testing tools to validate the chain’s compatibility with Polaris.
