No sign of 'Thank you for your application' message. #586

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Select a job and fill in the Application form.
2. Applying for jobs - No message to confirm application has been made appears.
3. Added text in the 'Miscellaneous Text' box.  Nothing appears. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
'Thank you for your application' message.

What version of Job Manager are you using?
Version 0.7.20

What version of WordPress are you using?
3.6.1
