feat: add pipewire and gtk portal #144

This makes it possible to use pipewire screensharing and optionally webcam input (about:config)

the portal makes FF use the native filechooser portal, which doesn't need to be GNOME's

I am actually planning on reworking the portal services. The existing gnome_portal = true is way to broad and provides access to entire portal.
