-1 stat point after death #35

Add config flag that after player died - he got -1 stat point (couldb e used instead of -exp). Ideally also make player drop stat point, so other players could pick it up.

Also there should be a restricting, that stats can not drop below basic value (starting summ of stat points).

it will be nice to add it to server config.. so it will be possible to allow such drop only at quest PvP maps

can be suitable in endgame with a chance... like 10% chance to drop stat point for #8 or #9 server

already can be done by c++ on player's returning to hat
