Feature request: ability to create custom action buttons #1375

Hi, curious if there's a way to create custom action buttons within IGV? For example, with the increasing use of LRS data it's be great to have a button that toggles between 5mC and non-5mC quickly or groups by phase and ungroups.

No there's not, and its not clear how this could be implemented. There are many hundreds of possible actions, more if you consider combinations.
