Reorganization of documents folder

I have added initial drafts of S-158 and S-158:100 in the Documents folder for now. That folder will get cluttered as new versions are uploaded. Recommend reorganizing that folder as follows and moving the S-158 and S-158:100 files to their respective version folders.

How about moving the product-specific validation checks currently being converted to the Documents folder, using a similar sub-structure. Also, a "misc" folder to which the other files currently in the Documents folder would be moved.

When the respective Project Teams have taken over the product-specific validation checks (S-158:1xx) they could maintain the S-158:1xx documents and lists in their own repositories, either the Project Team repository or separate S-158:1xx repositories. The PTs need not update the S-158:1xx folders in this repository after the S-158:1xx materials are handed off.
