In the official distribution of data:

Remove the wikipedia-kiwix directoy
Donwload latest Kiwix library.xml from http://www.kiwix.org/library.xml The one on zhen seems to have less entries than the latest
Move library.xml into wikipedia-zim

Also the small data set should be similarly reorganized.
