Remove OpenWayback CDXJ proposed specification #77

This was based on planned work for OpenWayback 3 that was ultimately deemed impractical. As such it has no ongoing relevance and can only serve to cause confusion with the PyWb CDXJ spec.

Thanks for this. It was a useful guide when writing the CDXJ section in the WACZ spec. Feedback on that is welcome if it's of interest.

Oops. This is long overdue for merging. I was intending to leave this open for a couple of days to give people time to object if they wanted to but forgot to return to it.
