keys plugin - can't add keys on some portals #129

using: chrome: 26.0.1410.43 m iitc main: 0.10.3.20130404.232200 keys - version 0.1.0.20130401.223509 keys on map - version: 0.1.0.20130401.223509

The plugin doesn't allow to add keys on some portals, simply doesn't show the +/- signs or the counter on the right information pane. I get this bug, if portal has less than 8 resonators.

In these links I tested it and add portal key works well

I experienceD the same issue, however, after removing and re-installing iitc and the plugins, the problem was solved.

I now use this:

By the way, the problem did occur only on portals with less than 8 resonators.
