Lost branding when moving to 0.2.X to 0.3.X #104

Some branding information (an icon for the feature for instance) was previously 
available in the plugin fr.univartois.cril.alloyplugin

Since it is no longer used, that information is lost.

The branding information should be moved to another plugins (probably als.ui).

Preview92 does not solve the problem.

See About page, feature info. For A4E, eclipse says "No further information is 
available for this feature."

(export update site in a local repository to check that on your own).

about.ini was not exported in built bundle. Fixed.
