Run all Haematology Tests #8

Some tests are either not working or cannot be seen on BLIS

PTI/INR
ESR
aPTT
Manual WBC Count
Bleeding Test Time
Clotting Test Time ACTION: Inject a test into external_lab_requests table for each one of these then go through the whole lab testing process to ensure that BLIS can process them well. Verify that this new entries are accessible from the relevant reports (daily log, counts, ...)
