Some Programs are not Unmaximizable if Maximized #14

Some Programs do not have the option to click and drag the title bar, it works for Chrome but this does not work for Qt Creator and more.

Solution would be to make it like Unity, click and Drag the Pixel Saver widget to unmaximize a window

Tbh i couldn't figure out how to do window dragging from title bar with gtk. Should create an issue about it.

Does maximize-restore button work with those apps or is it only about title bar?
