Update API doc #303

In an attempt to assist the Rokwire team with integrating the Queue, we are updating the API doc to represent the current state of the queue endpoints.

This PR:

Adds relevant endpoints not already in the doc
- PATCH /courses/:courseId
- GET /courses/:courseId/data/questions
- DELETE /questions
Deletes POST /users as it no longer exists

I did not add the endpoints for /tokens or /users/admins as I felt it was unnecessary, but if we should I can do that as well.
