Are there any mods that add Belt Lanterns using this as a dependency that you know of? Sorry to impose, I just can't find any. :(

I don't know of any unfortunately. I believe you could add this yourself if you wanted by adding a custom slot and then adding the item as a light source in your dynamic light mod of choice.
