Answer overwriter stopping after 3-7 questions

Describe the bug

When I use the answer overwriter it works for around 3-7 questions but after that it just stops working and turns the question back to normal.

Steps to reproduce

You can trigger while pressing the answer overwritter before clicking continue to the test. Once you press continue for the test it shows the overwrite. Once you click it for like 2-3 questions it makes it back to normal question.

I cannot recreate this bug.
