We are currently using im-open/create-release@v3.1.4 and im-open/upload-release-asset@v1.1.3 for our release management.
Github has started showing warnings to upgrade the binaries
Looks like we are already on the latest version of these binaries, please suggest as how to upgrade or any alternates are greatly appreaciated.

This should be addressed once #26 is merged. The new version number will be v3.2.0.
