Remove DefaultTableIOPlugin #29

The DefaultTableIOPlugin, originally developed within the ImageJ Server repo, was moved to its own repo and has been further developed there.

Consequently, it would be great if the ImageJ Server used the new version of the DefaultTableIOPlugin.

It seems that this issue can be gracefully resolved by using scijava-plugins-io-table-0.2.0 once released.
