What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Closed captioning will not display when Casting Shomi and CTVGo to Chromecast 
from iPad mini with ios 9. 
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expect closed captioning, 
does not display on television when casting from iPad.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Chromecast 
2nd generation, casting from iPad mini running ios9.

Please provide any additional information below.

What Chromecast firmware version are you using? 
What version of the apps are you using?
When did you first start seeing the issue?
Have you also tested this using an Android device?
