add uvm Autocompetion support #12

I just add uvm some uvm entries, this will facilitate design verification a lot.

Appreciate for your response. I just add some uvm related autocompletion pattern. Because none of the verification constructs are well supported, the added pattern seems redundant. Due to limited knowledge of LSP and typescript, I may not help a lot. This project is invaluable, thanks for your hard work.
