why is the code not sending to my email even though it appears?

It's look like you haven't yet verified your email - (my email)

Actually the issue is that my hosting subscription is over and 000webhost just supports static web pages for free, and this could be the reason you are facing this. Maybe I need to find a new hosting. Thank you for letting me know and raising this issue.
