Define mappings between Size (popular Dolby Atmos concept) and X-Width / Y-Width Z-Width

This is related to immersive-audio-live/ADM-OSC#1

In proposal 0.5, Dolby has suggested a normalized width message that also sets depth and height. ADM-OSC shouldn't be profile specific. This also clashes with the polar width message.
