[FEAT] auto adjust display light when showing QR code #353

When showing the QR code for validation, the app should set the display luminosity to the max, to assist VerificaC19 in some low-light environments. Upon leaving the app or the QR code screen, the previous level should be automatically restored, to preserve battery life. Something similar to what Stocard already does.
