C call with TRUST4 files #397

Hi all, does anyone know how to add the C regions with the output of TRUST4? The C info is in the data but seems to get lost with repLoad. Does anyone have a workaround?

Hi! Can TRUST4 output in the AIRR Standard data format?

Hi there, yeah the output is in AIRR format. I can see the C information is there, it just seems to get lost when calling repload. happy to send an output file if that would help? Cheers
