Age associated incidence by PTV burdens #7

For PTV burdens we made 3 different analysis: In the first analysis the PTV burdens were cut off at the median, that is how we got the two group: Low and High burden. In the second analysis the PTV burdens were categorized into 3 groups: Low: 1 to 8; High: from 19 to 84; Medium: the values between 8 and 19. In the third analysis the PTV burdens was categorized into 3 groups in a similar way to the second analisys. Low: from 1 to 6; High: from 30 to 84; Medium: the values between 6 and 30. First analysis: age_incidence_gburden_g1 Second analysis: age_incidence_gburden_g2 Third analysis: age_incidence_gburden_g3

Sziasztok! Köszönöm, van néhány érdekes és bíztató eredmény. Pl. a harmadik csoportosításnál a prosztata, emlő és a gyomortumor előfordulása, de a pancreas is mindenhol mutat valamilyen tendenciát. Vajon a kaplan-meier görbéken a P mennyire szignifikáns?
