fix: make date notations consistent #208

Description

Currently in the Badge overview we have "April 23, 2024". In the VC overview of Volunteer badge we have "27/03/2023" in the Activity End field on the bottom. In the connections tab we have "04/23/24.

This is inconsistent, we need to make the month/day vs day/month order consistent across the app.
