Add Board load and save to/from Kobo Mini.

The Kobo Mini e-reader platform has a built in chess board, under the 'extras' 
options. It loads and saves the game details to a configuration file. 

I've created a pyqt tool to edit the file, which you can use as a working 
example. An example config file is in the repository too.
