Add Domain Path to plugin headers

Resolves #22

Description

This PR makes the necessary changes to allow WP.org i18n volunteers to properly translate the block to the language of their choice.

If the user chooses to use another plugin like WPML, TranslatePress, LocoTranslate, etc then this PR also allows for that.

Acceptance Criteria

[ ] The plugin can be translated on WP.org
[ ] PHP and JS are translatable
[ ] Third party plugins can translate both JS and PHP
[ ] The deployment process for new releases includes updated POT files
