This adds @alanssitis to the scai-demos team and makes the team the CODEOWNER.

There's currently still an error because Alan wasn't part of the scai-demos team. Once Alan accepts the invite, this PR should be good to go.

@alanssitis Since being on the maintainers team gives you merge privs already, I changed CODEOWNERS to point to the team. This way, we don't need to manually change this file whenever a maintainer enters/exits the project. Feel free to squash & merge!
