[FEATURE] Check access for newsletter pages in module #211

Luxletter does not yet check the authorisation of the backend user for the newsletter pages offered when sending the newsletter. These changes limit this functionality. Access rights can now be used to restrict the newsletters that may be sent by backend users.

Exactly at this moment we are working on a larger feature to enable multiclient functionality for LUXletter. A small part of it will be to filter the newsletter options. Please stay tuned.
