expand latex encoding with page connector (em dash) #57

feature request

please expand bibtex utility to encode em dash (—) with two en dash (--)

current state

the two en dash encode the em dash in bibtex to connect two page numbers. It would be desirable to display only the em dash in the frontend.

solution

expand the bibtexutility https://github.com/in2code-de/publications/blob/ad4c391cbb45a3f504e06e350c3cdfebdd849a6a/Classes/Utility/BibTexUtility.php#L187 with '--'
