Idea: locality private or public property: checkbox #117

Add a checkbox for the researcher to add if the site is private or public property and if so, there can be additional information added on which actions have been undertaken to ask for permission to sample

Permission to sample is to be logged at the project or fieldwork level

Would be interesting to know if public or private, but to ask the users to fill this in? This can also change over time. Would it be possible to extract this information from somewhere?
