What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Uploading a lower third
2. Testing a HOA in the green room
3. When hosting and also for the replay of a HOA
Please note I always use a wired connection and the graphics are made with
Photoshop. The computer is closed before the HOA and when re-booted no other
systems are running other than the browser for the HOA
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
- I expect to see a sharp clear lower third where the image and words are clear
- Instead I see a very blurred lower third
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Fibre broadband via Cat 5 cable achieving daytime 107 Mbps download and 10 Mbps
upload. Evening typically 70 Mbps download and 6 Mbps upload.
Core 2 Duo P8700 CPU @2.53 Ghz each core, 64 bit, Windows 8.1 with 4.00 GB
Memory and 60% free on system drive on a 235Gb partition.
Video Adapter:
ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 (AMD 8.970.100.7000 driver)
Please provide any additional information below.
Advice appreciated. I am at the stage that I feel I can not use my lower third
at the moment as it is so distracting.
This issue seems to have become pronounced on moving to Windows 8.1
The same issue happens on both PC's running with 8.1
