If there’s a simple fix I can do to the documentation, I can do so.

Your code examples are indented with a single space. Use >= 2 spaces and it should work.

I’ll look at the change, but it appears that Rdoc/YARD (via rdoc.info) treat the block as a code block, which is why I never noticed it before.
