get map editor working for flickscreen games #1027

cursor navigation should work in editor mode maybe (disabling player input). Think about it! Otherwise the map editor is a bit crap for multi-screen games...

I had a look at doing this, but the going was pretty hard and I backed it out. I'll be interested to see if you get it to work.
