Isolate the test result panel as another application

In a meeting (28/01/2014) we decided to split the application in two pieces: 
the test results and the rest, so it is more usable for all.
When executing the TAT, as normally, it will call the test result application 
for it to update the displayed results as every test module is executed.
When executing the test result application directly, it will provide the option 
of choosing the test result files folder and then it will parse all the files 
and display the results.

It is working both on Windows and Linux.
Libraries recompiled and uploaded.
