Support Protected Posts #143

This would implement a post status for posts and returning a WWW-Authenticate header. This either can be an optionally used feature in this plugin or an extension in a second plugin. Think it would be fine here.

Support for custom post statuses is limited in WordPress regardless.

Closing this as at this time, there is no specific plan proposal for using the WWW-Authenticate header. So, going to look for a different methodology.
