Label question #27

  1. Edit title popup heading should be 'Edit title'
  2. Edit Image: Remove title & description fields; remove 'fullscreen' & 'border' flags
  3. Edit Image: remove all default values
  4. Add help text on top (beside the "is being edited") - Please click on image where you want to add a label.
