Internal shell height should be saved in the settings #449

I think the default height of internal shell is too small. Thx~

Ctrl+x to enable the internal shell
Up arrow to focus the output area
+/- to adjust size

Many thanks! In such way, I have to enlarge it every time. I tried to use external terminal instead, but sometimes I want to see the code. Can we set the default height?

The sidebar already saves its size. It would be straightforward to make the internal shell do the same, using analogous code. PRs welcome.
