Turn on Rudderstack feature flag

Proposal: @joelfried has built an integration for Rudderstack for our POC last month - we have officially signed with them and want to start having the data flow to Snowflake

Current behavior: Feature flag is off - no data flowing through Rudderstack to Snowflake

Desired behavior: Feature flag is on - data flows from Rudderstack to Snowflake

Use case: Data will be used for analytics across the company

Should the be on for all production environments or a subset of them?
