Editor + CodeSnippets: flux syntax highlighting. #4611

Flux syntax highlighting occurs in 3 places, each with their own source of truth regarding the theme (tm grammar) to use:

vsflux

browser monaco-editor

browser code snippets
- default for the component

Should we move to a single source?
